Important tips to make your blog famous

I am’t a super blogger but I can assure you that you will be presented with appreciable benefits if you follow the following tips, some of which I started following too:

• Post once a day - obligatory
• Include some information about you, being anonymous would minimize the help: an about me page shall do
• Submit your blog to various rss and blog directories
• Put some quality and distinguishable content in your blog, something which is unique and done by YOU
• Include bookmarking options for every post of yours
• Your blog can also be displayed in your Orkut, Facebook, MySpace, Plaxo profiles etc which are social networking sites - that’d be of immense help
• Use effective tags your tags can be blended with some similar popular, most searched tags
• The link to your blog should be your signature. Be it your posts in various forums or anywhere else. If you include your blog’s address everywhere you go, it would be potentially fruitful
• Importantly, submit your blog’s address to major search engines including Google, Yahoo!, Technorati etc, that would certainly benefit your traffic
• Another point is that you could interact with other bloggers form an appreciable bond. Good bloggers consistently converse with their readers and hence the popularity sustains
• Great Headlines - its an art. Learn it and implement
• Write as if you are conversing with somebody. Imagine yourself talking to your dear friend - how would you talk? What would you talk? Put it down on the blog!
• Its all about your readers. Encourage them to participate in development of your blog. Encourage them to give you their feedback and valuable suggestions
• Look forward to long run benefits. All of the above tips aren’t aimed at presenting spontaneous wonders. Believe me…long run
• RSS feed link should be posted at the end of every post of yours
• Assign some uniqueness to your blog..common! It’s YOU
• Do not hesitate to include incidents that are associated with your life. Its all about being you in the blog. Incidents which when revealed do not pose any unfavorable consequences, I am talking about
• Be latest. Take in the latest occurrences and outflow your viewpoints on them.
• Your important points should be highlighted like the bold lettering scattered over that you can observe in my tips, and also, written first
• You do good if you love what you are doing. Hence, love what you write and if you don’t love what you are writing, don’t write because that can lead to a waste of time, and shattering of your passion flow as well
• Last of all, patience is a virtue my friend! Be patient, and again I tell you…long term effects. Things like these should be dealt with consistency, persistence and not hastening actions

So that’s about the tips to become a famous blogger. I am currently busy trying to follow most of the tips myself that I have discovered and invented a few. And its a pleasure for me to share’em all with my loyal readers - all who are reading my post right now.
